Summer Fizz

I call this cocktail Summer Fizz but it should probably be called Yippeee!-the-sun-has-come-out-lets-have-a-bbq-and-consume-lots-of-alcohol-cos-were-in-a-good-mood-and celebrate-the-sun-like-the-egyptians-celebrate-rain….fizz. That’s how my family like to celebrate the sun coming out anyway…

Its really simple. To make four you need:

4 Strawberries
3 Shots of Cointreau
3 shots of Raspberry liqueur (which I forgot to put in the photo)
4 teaspoons of honey
Cava…or champagne if your posh/celebrating

Put the strawberries, Cointreau, Raspberry Liquer and honey in a blender and blend till its really smooth. Pour it evenly into the glasses and top up with cava/champagne if your posh/celebrating. YUM!
